– Garlic Butter White Wine Shrimp Linguine made with fresh homemade pasta.

–Lobster Quesadilla with peppers, three types of cheeses w/t Guacamole and homemade salsa

– Smörgåstårta, or like you would call it in English “sandwich cake” it’s a traditional Swedish dish with all kinds of delicious yummies on it.

– Seafood Green Curry w/t rice & salad topped up with our homemade Japanese carrot & ginger dressing.

– Texas Hill Country On-the-Grill-all-the-way Stuffed Hamburgers  with Coleslaw salad

– Jennica's signature Beer Battered Fish Tacos, w/t Mango Salsa and Pickled Red Onion

- Italian “Meat Lover’s” Lasagna w/t Greek salad.

Appetizers:

– Conch, Fish, Seafood or Coconut ceviche.

– Andalusia Gazpacho.

– Mediterranean Plate.

– Roasted Tomato & Bell Pepper Soup Garnished With Sun Dried Tomato Pesto and Pine Nuts.

-Stuffed Chicken Breast wrapped in Braided Bacon w/t baked sweet potato and salad

– Sesame Encrusted Seared Tuna topped with Cusabi sauce, served w/t Quinoa Salad, Pickled Ginger & Wasabi

– Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon w/t Swedish Mashed Potatoes, Red Wine sauce and Cheese stuffed Beetroots.

-Slow-Cooked Jamaican Ribs with Corn Basted in Sea-Salt Basil Butter and Summery Potato Salad cooked over a Bonfire.

– Catch of the day with Purple Cauliflower and Goat Cheese Pure and Blanched White Asparagus.
